"Fantastic location in heart of Matala. Hotel reception very helpful and assisted us with some printing. Breakfast adequate. Room ok handy to have a small balcony, very clean. Bar was a bit lacking - no-one to serve even though the bar staff were sat nearby and did not get up to serve me. When I came back 10 minutes later I got served. However when I tried to take my drink back to my room it was no-go, staff appeared from everywhere telling me I couldn't. So had to put my drink in a paper cup."
"The room was modern and spacious, balconies with a sea & mountain view. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with hot & cold choices, great coffee! Staff superb. Guests friendly with kind hearts. My wife was surprised when two Dutch couples presented her with a small gift, singing Happy Birthday on her birthday.
Parking on site. Close to all amenities. Shout out to Anna & Constantina."
"This is the place to be in Kiklamino🙏 Very gracious owners and relaxing atmosphere. Delicious breakfast for an additional 10 euros. Highly recommended."
"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"
"Room was small but workable. Nice balcony to relax on not much of a view . Shower is very small a thin person would barely fit but the water was hot. Came with a small.fridge freezer and worked great once plugged in. A/C was available but they removed the remote thinking I would not need it so room was stuffy and opening the bacony door helped a bit until the mosquitoes made their way in so that was annoying. Breakfast was very good no complaints. About a 10 minute walk into town so not a big deal and flat. I would suggest checking that the A/C remote is in your room before front desk closes. I would have rated the place higher if not for this. Again simple clean small room but served the purpose. Bed was a bit on the hard side."
