"Only spent one night there as we were in town for a medical appointment. Check in by owner was very cordial and courteous, grounds and room were very organized and clean. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. Almost forgot about the rooms shower, you'll love it!"

"Very cluttered outdated lobby that was very rough. Room we stayed in was NOTHING like they show on line. Room was clean, but very old, banged up wall and stains on chair. Some hotel guests (a group of guys) were hanging outside their doors at 2am socializing, which happened to be next door to us. Did not give off a safe vibe."

"Drywall debris everywhere, open ceiling and electrical panels, dangerous ice build up on walkways, no hot water. Should be closed until all work is completed. Just a depressing mess. "
