"The place is quite rundown. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have very low expectations. Even though mine are already low, a few things prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep:
1. A strong smell of dust and humidity
2. Old and noisy indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units, regardless of speed or settings
3. No soundproofing
4. No light blocking
Other inconveniences:
1. No wardrobe
2. The shower is basically in the room, separated only by a glass wall"
"Overall experience was good except the Hotels.com price is more expensive than going direct to the hotel to book. We paid MYR 30 less each room for the second night stay there. I am disappointed with Hotels.com "

What are holiday rentals like in Kampung Gajah?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Kampung Gajah. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as hot tubs, fire pits and patios so you'll be comfy for your stay. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of privacy away from public hotel lifts and bustling concierge desks while still allowing you the experience of travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular option for a family getaway.
