This mandarin oriental is starting to look somewhat tired and I’d expect a refurb to be along soon - at least it should be. Service excellent but now showing it’s age.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants.
