"Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits."

"The room is clean and amenities is good. Location is right next to KSL and lots of food options. There’s still teething issues which would need to be resolved. Examples like checking in without giving me the card for power in the room. Trying to figure out what was wrong in a stuffy room and service took 30mins to come. There’s also power outage in the lobby which rendered the lift inoperative. Generally it’s what you’d expect from Novotel except for the issues for a new hotel."
