I loved everything about my stay, staff were adorable and very helpful room cleaned everyday & new towels when needed, food lovely too. I especially found Dean & Em were helpful & went above & beyond, they are an asset to your hotel.

Loved the location of this property, local to everything, Very clean. Staff all lovely. Breakfast menu not that clear so at first you think it’s just that, that is at tables however you can ask for pancakes, bacon eggs etc to be cooked individually

This hotel was fine. The landscaping was perfect and a VERY convenient location since the beach was right across the street. The bed was hard and the food for breakfast was not what I would have expected. There weren’t a lot of options but hey, it came with my stay and at least I could eat something. The receptionist went above and beyond even with me not being fluent in Thai and the spa staff were IMMACULATE!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff were unhelpful, lied to my boyfriend and I saying they were fully booked making us pay the most expensive price once we tried to extend our stay. There was nobody by the pool and it obviously wasn't full as we could see empty rooms. We wanted to extend our stay for a couple nights and the price was cheaper online ($32) so when we went to show the front desk so we could just pay it right away. They told us to just book it online for the cheaper price cause they couldn't do it at the front desk for some reason... Then when we went back to out room to book it the price magically went up to $98. I didn't realize and booked it and when we wanted to get a refund cause I can afford almost $400 for 3 more nights they said it was non refundable. We also didn't get breakfast which was ridiculous because I have no idea what I payed for. They also tried to charge us for beer that we replaced because it didn't have "tfv" written on-top. The staff didn't do anything to smooth over the situation or make us happy. Would never recommend staying here and hope karma gets them. I'm extremely disappointed and so glad to be out of there and in a new hotel.

You would like to extend stay on 31/10/19 in Superior Room and on that day this room type is not available. Then, we offered you for special price, but you refuse and booked through online travel agent by yourself for Superior Room. So, we had to upgrade you to stay in Waterfront Deluxe which is higher category. By the way, you could see for the total price before you submit. However, we do apologize for any inconvenience may cause and thank you for sharing your comment, we will take these issue to improve our service.

They lied to our face. We payed 32 Canadian dollars for our stay. We payed online. We thought we could just extend our visit by paying cash but they said the rooms were completely booked, and if we want to stay it’s triple the initial price.. the rooms were all empty our entire stay. 👍 I don't like liars. We paid them, then the price went back down the next day. Never again. Also they don't speak good English.

I liked the picturesque swimming pool. The air-con was noisy. No waste paper basket in room -frustrating. Fridge beer 130 Baht ? - a BIG no no Staff fabukous.

Der er en stor larmende vej, mellem hotellet og søen, hvorefter standen ligger. Vi have bestilt havudsigt men kunne kun se vejen og høje træet. Dårlig morgenmad med et lille udvalg. Der står at de tilbyder lufthavnstransport, men vi blev ikke hentet selvom det var aftalt med hotellet. Det er derfor ikke muligt at få ved bestilling gennem hotels.com, da der skal betales på forhånd, så reservationen skulle afbestilles for at vi kunne få det...

Hotel outside city center, with a nice pool
We have stayed here before, and we like this hotel very much. The rooms are quiet big, nice big bed, a ref,a safe, coffe,tea and wayer is free. Bathroom good, enough water. A small balcony, its to hot to sit there, nice to dry cloths though. Their swimmingpool is nice,clean and big. Not many guests there when we stayed there this time, so we called it our private pool. Its located around 10 minutes walk from Karon city center, and less to the beach. Its much traffic on the road between the hotel and the beach, they have a lovely guard that comes and help you over the road. We are not impressed of the hotel's breakfast buffet, very small, if you do not like thaii food for breakfast, they had chiken sausage one day, warm ham the next day, together with some kind of egg, and jam,period.

전반적으로 괜찮았던 호텔이었습니다. 비성수기에 가서 더 그랬는진 모르겠지만 사람이 별로 없어 조용해서 쉬기에 참 좋았네요. 직원 분들도 친절하구요(영어 발음은 알아듣기 어려웠습니다...), 저희가 말을 잘 못 알아 들으니 번역기로 직접 쳐서 소통하였습니다. 리조트 앞 호수? 저수지? 같은 곳이 있어 산책하기도 좋고 그 길을 따라 직진하면 바로 바다가 있어 해변과의 접근성도 좋습니다. 바다는 카론해변 끝부분이라 사람도 별로 없어 한적합니다. 대신 위치상 택시나 툭툭 잡기는 어려워 저는 카론 서클로 가서 잡아 탔네요. 방은 청결했고, 어메니티는 모텔처럼 펌프병째로 있는 바디워시, 샴푸(이것들의 품질은 좋지 않음)가 있고 헤어캡, 면봉, 비누가 있습니다. 수영장이 좋았습니다. 수질 관리도 잘 되는 것 같고요. 조식은 뷔페식이 아닌 조식 메뉴판에서 원하는 메뉴를 체크하여 주문하는 형식인데, 생각보다 맛이 좋고 깔끔해서 여행 중 기억에 남는 조식이었습니다. 이 정도 가격에 이 퀄리티라면 굉장하다고 생각합니다. 추천 드립니다.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and swim up bar. The proximity to Karon Beach is also really nice as it was walking distance. The restaurant attached to the hotel was okay in terms of food and service.

schönes Hotel, sehr gute Lage zum Strand und Zentrum (beides 5 gehminuten), personal sehr freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, Pool klein aber ausreichend mit einer Poolbar. Liegt direkt an der Strasse Karon - Patong, was uns aber nicht sonderlich störte. würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Great hotel just far enough away from the hectic tourist area, yet close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach. They did seem to run out of sunbeds very early and didn’t enforce their ‘no sunbed reservation’ rule so sometimes we missed out. Great breakfasts, but there needs to be a better system for ordering eggs!! Overall a good hotel and a pleasant stay (10 nights)

Hotel was good, but my room was a 5 minute walk away from reception. No WiFi, as it was so far away. Room was superb, with a nice view. Breakfast was the best I have ever eaten, in Phuket!

It's not as nice as they say
The receptionist didn't speak good english, was not really friendly. When we asked if we could extend the stay to midnight and pay for a half, if not we just pay in full they said no more room but expedia said they still have room available. The room was nice but the hallway and the building were kind of old. Took days to answer email, not recommended for if you are looking for a place to relax or honeymoon.

Bien en général. Pas de vue sur l'océan et partiellement sur le lac. Il manque d'activité (pourrait y avoir un bain tourbillon, un gym, une table de pool), car les jours de pluie sont long. Sinon très propre et déjeuner excellent, bon service!

Lovely hotel
Spent 4 nights here. Room was lovely and clean. Huge comfy bed. Lovely view from balcony, lake then the sea. Pool area was lovely. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the security guard who always had a smile and helped us cross the busy road. Good location, quiet but only few minutes walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to many bars, shops and restaurants. Loved chilling on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again if in Karon beach.

Resting
We used the front village to get some rest after staying at the village and not being able to get a late check out and having late flight out. It was comfortable enough. It is undergoing renovations so was a bit noisy. But all good.
