"Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand ..."

"The location near the Ala Archa National Park is a great advantage of this hotel. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night. The rooms need updates: old paint on the walls, old carpet, twin beds were rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was scarce, there were a lot of baked ..."
