Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "Location was great, short walk 10-15 min from the willhelmshoe train station, tram also runs close. Nice park directly behind the hotel. Restaurant had a good buffet breakfast and supper. Regular menu after 8pm schnitzel was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking directly across the street. 3 elevators. Suite Room was spacious, nice view to the east. Hotel was quiet. I would stay here again without any hesitation."
