"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room (no. 10) was clean and the shower was excellent! However, the queen bed was terrible - felt like there were no springs left in it and it felt like you were sleeping on a board. Fortunately we carry our own pillows, so my husband slept in the single bed which was okay, but I put all the pillows under me so it was at least a bit more comfortable! I was glad we were only staying 1 night! The restaurant meals were absolutely fantastic - well presented...

"They are using cheap internal doors as external doors which have been punched and kicked in making unsafe rooms. We told them it was unacceptable and were given the room next door. The rooms are dirty and need to be upgraded. We woke up covered in bug bites. would not recommend this property."

"For what it is, it’s good value. I was very worried about my car getting vandalised or broken in to as I had been told bad things about Katherine. Stayed here over rodeo weekend. Great pressure hot water in shower. Tea and coffee provided. Beds were clean and comfortable. TV didn’t seem to work but I have found that to be the case with every TV at every hotel / place of accommodation that I have stayed at between Mt Isa and Darwin. So this is not a dealbreaker for me. "The booking went through on Expedia for a same day, last minute booking. No information was available on the initial Expedia listing to illustrate what time reception closed. The booking was made after reception had closed. I called a number and told a man that I would be arriving late. He was reasonably helpful. He provided a pin code for the room. Upon arrival in the dark, it was hard to ascertain how to get into the compound so I had to send another text to the Man. He then disclosed that I...

"Easy to get to, quiet and central to the region. Sliding entry gate a bit 'iffy' at times. Staff were great, excellent! Pool was good. WiFi not great...a bit slow so TV pixellated a lot and slow internet access for personal equipment. Restaurant not open every night, but the food was really good and delivered to your room. Would stay again if opportunity arose."

"Kimberley Croc Motel is perfectly located centrally in Kununurra for shops and also walking to Mirima NP and Kelly’s Knob. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need and in addition there’s a beautiful oasis in the central courtyard, a pool area, a communal kitchen and a laundry on site. There’s also a complimentary airport shuttle. Thanks again for a great stay, highly recommended."
