Sehr tolles und freundliches Personal, die immer bemüht waren! Die Qualität der Animationsprogramme könnte noch etwas besser sein, es wurde viel gemalt und gebastelt. Bei den Zimmern ist noch Luft nach oben, aber alles in allem hält das Hotel das, was es verspricht.

The room was above expectations. Amazing view of the Alps! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a play room for kids as well as an outdoor playground associated with the property.
