We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "

"Girişte çıkış saati belirtilmedi. Çıkış yapacağımız gün temizlik görevlisi saat 12:30 gibi geldi ve çıkış saatinin 11 olduğunu söyledi. Ben de bundan haberim olmadığını ve yarım saate toparlanıp çıkabileceğimizi söyledim. O da benim çıkmam lazım sizi bekliyorum ama çıkmaya niyetiniz yok dedi. "Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"
