"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. "Reception staff was the waitress at the adjoining restaurant. That held-up the check-in process significantly. Never saw her wash her hands, the three times she left us to serve. I hope she did.
