The staff is very helpful. They help us to arrange the airport pick up and also the transportation to our next destination. They are very responsive as well. The only down side is the draining system of the bathroom. It is on the slow side and the water can't drain properly inside the shower.

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

We couldn't recommend here enough - location wise, we were very close to town center and the beach with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Also had a lovely jacuzzi in the bathroom. The pool was basically empty and a great length to swim in. Staff were really friendly and helpful and a good mix of European and traditional food for breakfast. The hotel had a large water dispenser which was a great idea to refill our bottles and also had a fridge...

The property is the perfect base to relax, indulge in retail therapy or sightseeing. The daily breakfast was delicious, many cooked options to chose from and you order the night before for a time slot of your choice. Room was decorated with flowers and balloons for an early birthday celebrations, a very nice surprise! The pool was of a good size and cleaned daily. I had to get used to Google voice instructions to get the various functionalities to work. You also get an Ipad to switch...

It is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean, spacious and aircon is really effective. Good place down the road to get laundry done. Lots of good eateries around. The gym was small but useful. The pool area was great. I didn't eat at hotel. Hotel is not far from Desa Potato Heads, so there are lots of activities there you can do. The Forge Sports Bar is a good gastro pub within walking distance. Very good value for money and the staff are so nice.

The staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced and could not do enough to help you. The rooms are exceptional. We were in a suite with an outdoor bathroom which was amazing. The place is a tranquil reprieve from the business of Seminyak

This is the most beautiful property we have stayed in Bali. We were very appreciative of a complementary upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa - especially welcomed as it was my birthday weekend. A little out of the way but the complementary shuttle is available and we used it many times - often a motorised golf cart to cool you as you travel around Seminyak. It is peaceful and quiet. First class private villa with pool and 5 star facilities. Made to order breakfast inside your villa each morning and the hospitality from staff is amazing. Nothing is too much and they helped with dinner bookings as well as excursion trips. Overall outstanding experience and i wish I could give it 6 stars. Highly recommended 😍

I have travelled all over the world and have stayed in many 5* accommodations however this villa was totally amazing the service was out of this world night and day staff are there for your needs will defo be coming back Most amazing place ever so clean food was amazing and staff we'll never ever met people who are so friendly

From the moment we arrived to our departure the service at this hotel was excellent. We cannot praise the staff, cleanliness, comfort & general experience enough. Really stunning villa. Loved the staff very friendly and we got little gifts every night which was really sweet! Good eats locally and their room service was great too! Would recommend and come there again. Loved our private pool too!

Good location for walking around Seminyak. Very kind and attentive people working at the hotel. Room and pool in good condition and as seen in the photos. Very clean. Good breakfast. The spa and gym access across the road was great. Would recommend treatments at the spa. Some construction noise outside the hotel but was minimal.

Amazing hotel, without a doubt i would stay here again. Breakfast is A La Carte and it tasted great. Been travelling south east asia for 5 weeks and it was definitely the best breakfast. Good location, friendly staff, room was very clean. Left cash sitting out on table and was folded up and left on the side of the table when i returned later that day. 5 stars Kanvaz keep up the good work.

They really thought of everything and felt so safe here as a female solo traveller. It’s so peaceful and quiet and so close to everything! Also such good value for money with what you get, and lovely staff. Really recommend.

My husband and i had an amazing stay at Berry Amour for our honeymoon, the staff are incredible and so kind. Breakfast was served every morning at a time of our choosing and it was fresh and delicious. We also got a complimentary 10 mins massage which went down a treat. Lovely villa, a little old but clean nonetheless, the jacuzzi was fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful time Berry Armour.
