Excellent location in town centre- was great base for Lake District- rooms are well appointed and modern and restaurant food is nice All staff extremely helpful and friendly- would definitely recommend

Wonderful pub and staff

Another nice stay at this lovely pub. It’s been refurbished since our last stay and it’s been done very tastefully. A warm welcome on arrival and even a room upgrade which pleased my daughter no end as was her first ever hotel stay. Room was clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best around. Great service and a huge menu choice. All in, a great over night stay and will hopefully be back again in the near future.

Lovely historic inn right in the middle of Keswick. Close to everything in town, and a great hub for exploring the Lake District. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, and accommodating. All the staff were pleasant and positive. Tasty breakfast options.

The staff and warm and welcoming. Extremely dog friendly (we received a doggy welcome pack and a doggy breakfast!). Rooms were clean with a good choice of hot drinks and other special touches (sleep spray etc). Breakfast was delicious and served promptly.
