"Always stay here when Ipswich area - business and family, this latest stay being the latter. 2 x rooms x 2 nights. 5* overall as a stay however, whereas normally I’m full of praise for staff, this stay felt different. Welcome was perfunctory at best but probably better described as less than friendly. ..."
