"The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area...

"Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay."

"There was no soap dish in the shower so a little hard to wash but water was good. Overstuffed side chair was quite dirty on the arms. Otherwise the room was clean. TV worked but outdated."

"Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie.
