"Hereโ€™s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I donโ€™t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but itโ€™s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Hereโ€™s the issue, they donโ€™t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

"We loved our stay as a big group and everyone had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and housekeeping came every day and cleaned kitchen and every room. Host Razzaq was very friendly and helpful. He was available 24/7 and responded our texts timely manner. House was very spacious and view and sunset was unbelievable!!! "Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!"
