"Friendly staff, convenient stay"

"Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. Upon finding the office a friendly enough gentleman checked us in and sort of apologised for the state of the place. Our room in the remaining block of units was clean and tidy, the only real issue being the tv not working, which turned out...

"Convenient"

"Booked a family room for 1 night, 1 Queen bed and 2 singles but was given much smaller room upon checking in, this mistake was quickly rectified. Family Room is very spacious and was affordable given it was school holiday weekend. The room has heating so it was nice and cosy for winter. We were surprised to find Netflix here as well, which was a bonus. Would recommend for a quick weekend getaway."

"The accommodation side is too close to the bar and club, they played loud music until midnight which kept our whole family awake. Breakfast is very limited choice with small variety of food compares with the price. However the lake view is really beautiful and the food in restaurant is amazing too."

"Fantastic beachfront location with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach, cafés, and local attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight. A great place for a weekend getaway, and I'd happily stay here again."

"Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower. Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing. "The breakfast was average. There wasn't much variety, the selection was very small, and it was overpriced for what was being offered. It would be much better if there were more options and a wider selection. Overall ,the stay was good. Thanks"

"The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night. "We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention.
