"This property, even a little small for American standards, offers all the needed amenities. Very convenient location near two subway stations, convenient store and local restaurants. Property has wifi, washing machine, hair drier, fridge, microwave and basically all that you could need to have a confortable time. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. "We booked this hotel for 9 nights in total. In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....

"We stayed in the 5th floor room with the rooftop patio. There was plenty of room for 3 of us and our bags. We had a problem with the A/C remote but they had a repairman out the same day to get it fixed for us. The only downside is being on the 5th floor with no elevator, but when you come to tokyo you expect to walk."
