"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night ..."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Flitztown war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das renovierte Badezimmer, das sauber und modern wirkt. Leider steht dazu ein eher veraltetes Zimmer im Kontrast, das insgesamt nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß erscheint. ..."
