"The instructions to shuttle say “use the right channel” to the shuttle. Does “right” mean “righthand” or “correct” in this sentence? We followed the “correct” channel to the “shuttles” and never found this hotel pick up. Very confusing. This hotel is a crazy maze. Our room was not listed on the wall ..."
