Firstly, I find it totally unacceptable that you do not vet the places you advertise! On Friday, they informed me that check in can only happen by 6pm latest ( I only arrived at 8pm). Theu further casuallytold me there is a night club on the premises, which will play loud music Friday and Saturday into the morning hours.....i had to find alternative accomodation at a huge oncost and demand my money back! If you told me in advance, I would never have booked in the first place

Pit stop

First impressions and location might make you wonder... but the room was clean and very well maintained. Not so much child friendly being next to a pub, but still perfect for a one night stop over.

Big disappointment.

Staff at reception was very friendly. Outside was nice but not impress with the room. Room was not very clean. The WiFi was not working. Room was very cold. Had to ask reception for extra blanket and a heater. Tea and coffee station had no coffee. Room can do with a fridge and aircon. Would prefer having breakfast in a breakfast room or restaurant than in my room.The shower head also need to be replaced.

A bit on the edge of town with nothing else nearby, but within a quick drive of Kimberley's major attractions. The staff was really friendly and the room was very comfortable and large.
