"Our check in was delayed over 3 hours due to a shortage of cleaning staff and staff rearranged rooms accordingly. the pool water was green and we didn't feel safe to swim in it. we had an issue with the air conditioners in the room and the toilet wouldn't flush the morning of checkout. The sofa bed cushions were torn with covers on only two to cover that up.
For breakfast, coffee and breakfast items not available 1 1/2 hour before it was to stop serving.

"The staff here makes this experience 10 times better. The hotel was already great and the amenities were great and it was very clean and beautiful. Location was great and very peaceful and private. Add on amazing staff and this place wins. I mean staff all over, from the front desk to housekeeping to even the gentleman cleaning the carpets. They were all amazing. Kudos to your HR team for hiring the best staff and amazing experience."

Food sucks! Actually it's inedible. Everything they serve is atrocious.
4 out of 5 Washing machine broken.
Carpet disgusting! Coming up in some areas throughout the building including in the room.
Wet floor sign in same place for 3 days. To lazy to move.
Front entrace unswept in MONTHS. ( Dried leaves behjnd planter so the time it was done last fairly obvious)
