"Pricing good and our overall stay was ok. On arrival we were met at the gate by a man( we weren’t sure where to enter, two different signs) who was unsmiling, abrupt and over the course of 2 days not overly helpful. Car park is terrible, dirty around outside of shower cubicle at the bottom. Kitchen amenities woeful, lift not cleaned daily, same rubbish in it for 2 days. "The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful and helpful during our stay she was the best part of our stay. The room was okay but very small could hardly move around, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door which was not pleasant, especially at 6am. There is a $100 deposit I wasn't aware of until check in. Beds are firm which I liked but my companion didn't she woke up with a sore back."

"An interesting place to stay. Comfy beds, great shower, spacious room. Could do with some dampening of the noise from the trains going right past the windows and the other guests using their bathrooms! Very echoey due to age of the building. Fantastic curry in hotel restaurant lobby but the smell emanated in every public area. Definitely a backpacker/student choice. "

"Good location. Clean facility. Horrible aesthetic. The lighting in the room was bright and overwhelming. The room was tiny and claustrophobic and the bathroom felt like an airplane bathroom. By the time I left I was overcome with existential dread. I stayed here to decompress from a 13 hour flight but I felt like I never left the airplane."

But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. There was plenty of parking available, which made things easy, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!"
