Sunny Rooms Mascot is very convenient for an overnight stay close to Sydney Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and access is easy with a door code emailed before arrival. Just note there is no front desk and no elevator. Our room was in the basement, so we had to carry our suitcases down a flight of stairs.
The room was clean but basic, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked...

"I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. Although we were close to the airport, there was virtually no noise...

"Rooms need a little more attention to detail: no jug for boiling water. A bit ‘tired’ but the space is great for 1 person.
Breakfast: sufficient, the coffee machine needs a service as the flat white is only warmed milk / froth.
The staff is willing to provide for poached eggs! but food could be replenished a little more as it ran out at 8:30am when I was there this morning - fruit and bread for toast "
