"Amazing community/resort! Staff was great, condo was great! My ONLY critique, not even a complaint, is that the televisions are not smart TVs. I was able to find a cable at Walmart to use the TV as a display for my phone so we could binge watch our shows, but other than that, we had a LOVELY stay!"

"Excellent customer service. Every front desk staff member was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and looked like it had been renovated recently. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a cold night at Busch gardens. The breakfast was good, nothing special but not horrible either for being free. Each day they had a different variety of foods. Overall the stay was great.
Only negative complaint was the first night we stayed in the morning the guy...

"I whole heartedly recommend this hotel when staying in Williamsburg. The rates are super reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership.
