Clean and friendly staff. Very popular hotel - very busy because it’s in a convenient location. Close to 401 and downtown Kingston is not to far. Bus stop at the hotel doorstep and the restaurant across the parking lot is great - reasonable, big menu and clean. This is a good spot and great price. Lots to do in Kingston!!!

Overall is good, staffs are friendly and very accommodating, rooms are clean and spacious walking distance to the plaza which is very convenient. just need to pay attention in the swimming pool area, the floor is too slippery which is not safe for kids.

Staff was wonderful and try hard. The beds were super comfy with clean towels and sheets. The hotel itself is a little rundown. There was a large crack in the tiles in our room and the hottub was warm and didnt really work. The breakfast area needs to be bigger to accommodate all the guests but the breakfast offerings were good. Love the 1 minute pancake maker.
