"Wow! The photos don't do the place justice, its amazing! The communication and access are easy, on arrival a lady showed me the place, there's a set of 4 or 5 together which are seperate from the tourers etc. Theres nothing you don't need inside, shower, toilet, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all top branded quality stuff. The units are very new and modern and have been decorated to the highest standard. The views are to die for and its a few minutes drive into Forfar. Cant wait to use...

"Lovely little property in the heart of rural Scotland: however, the property hadn't been cleaned or the beds changed prior to our arrival! We contacted the owner who informed us a cleaner would be with us by 10am the following day. We arrived at the property at 8pm on a Sunday night, after a five hour drive and spent the next two hours cleaning the kitchen and bathroom but still had no beds to sleep in so the sofa had to do for the first night. "Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Stopped there one night as part of long trip. Friendly staff, good dinner in restaurant, lots of choice and very good value breakfast the next morning. Our room was downstairs and bathroom is need of renovating but still ok. Many thanks."

"Management at breakfast left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. The only staff member was engaged in a heated conversation with another guest. There was no milk for the cereal. No spoons either! Coffee pot had run out. Family sized kettle was supplying a dining room of about 20 people. Bread was in short supply. Basically under staffed. One staff member taking orders, serving food and clearing tables."
