"We stayed for 17 days. The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. Uber/Taxi was 12 USD one way at the time of our stay/this review. There is no breakfast or food whatsoever at this hotel. There is one microwave for the entire hotel. It was...

"The check in process was a nightmare. Extra costs had not been mentioned on the Expedia website at the time of making reservations so there were issues during check in and it didn't help that the staff spoke zero english."

"夏のトラッキングをするのに、ゴンドラ乗り場から徒歩圏内で便利です。部屋にはクーラーがなかったので、少し暑かったですが、全般的に若者向けの素敵な建物と内装でした。朝食を頼みましたがとってもおいしく、大変満足です。周辺には食事をするところは少ないので、夕食も頼めばよかったと思いました。"

"Friendly hospitable staff that spoke good English. Rooms were a decent size and quality, little steep on price but put that down for the peak of winter. Breakfast was included but a bit basic (set meal of mostly eggs and bacon/sausage, had basic cereal available too). Coffee was decent by Aus standards and was quite close to the pub for dinner/afternoon drinks after shredding on the mountain.
