"Could not be happier about my 2 days stay at Rakucho ryokan. The room was perfect: clean, quiet, the futon super confortable and the showers/toilets clean and surprisingly quite modern. "Guest house Bon, is a great place to stay, but if you are tall it is a bit cramped, it wasn't uncommon to hit you head on the roof, the place was very clean and Bon was very accommodating,he was the best part of the trip"

"We really enjoyed our one night at this hotel. The room was perfectly large enough for the two of us in two separate queen beds, which were really comfortable. The bathroom was small but good. Location is excellent, right next to the hotel. Would definitely stay here if we came to Kyoto again."

"This place was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. With Kyoto Station, multiple konbini options, and Don Quijote being so close and walkable, we had easy access to many notable locations. The room was quite small for two of us, but the amenities available were superb - onsen (with indoor & outdoor bath) and the breakfast with countless options... plus, super attentive and friendly staff. Thank you!"
