"Very nice place with nice staff Will stay here again if we visit koh rong again. Good food and afforable Was a little bit worried about the sand flies but had no problem. Stay in a cottage it's good and when you're here you won't lay on your room you'll enjoy the beach "

"Nice little house with thatched roof plus balcony in front. Unfortunately whole town is under construction. Natives not very happy as the Chinese are buying up all the land around them and paradise for the backpackers is disappearing fast! Big high-rises under construction EVERYWHERE. Roads under construction, all for future Chinese tourists who'd like to gamble. Big detour to get to the beach. Howling dogs in the middle of the night woke us up and kept us awake for a while. Wifi very spotty....

"Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at."
