Nettes Hotel für Familien gut geeignet. Für Paarurlaube nicht ganz so ideal. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr klein und schnell überfüllt. Die Parkplätze sind extra zu bezahlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Möbel sind etwas billig und klemmen auch schon mal, aber man kann sich gut erholen und der Strand ist sehr schön.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Poolanlage definitiv zu klein und das Abendbüfett fast immer gleich. Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Gesamteindruck des Hotels

Die Zimmer waren sauber ,sind allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Sind nur 3 deutsche Fernsehsender. Das Schwimmbecken war sehr klein, nicht wie auf den Fotoos und zu kalt, die Duschen waren in einen desolaten Zustand. Veranstaltung sehr laute Musik und das bis spät in die Nacht.

Wir wurden zwar immer freundlich behandelt,das ist dann auch schon alles, das Personal kann sehr wenig Deutsch oder Englisch, ist in vielen Dingen überfordert und unprofessionel. Das Konzept eines 4 Sterne Hotels war vielleicht mal da, erfüllt es jetzt allerdings nicht mehr. Wellnessbereich war nutzbar, jedoch gibt es auch hier reichlich Mängel zum erneuern.Wegen Corona nur eingeschränkte Angebote. Obwohl man hier auch nicht so großen Wert darauf gelegt hat. Tischdecken wurden lediglich ausgeschüttelt oder gewendet. Das Büffetangebot war eigentlich ok. Es werden 4 verschiedene Arten von Frühstück angeboten auch vegetarisch. Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig. Jedoch ist der Teppichboden sehr fleckig. Gepflegt und sauber schaut anders aus.Der Putz fällt von den Wänden, etliches ist Sanierungs bedürftig.etc. Die Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe.... Der Spielplatz bedarf auch einer Erneuerung, Holz ist verfault, die Schrauben stehen ab, für Kinder sehr gefährlich. Schade dass so ein Objekt nicht gepflegt wird.Schade um das Hotel.

We came to Baltic Plaza all the way from Berlin for a spa weekend. On the night of our arrival, the hostess told us there were many free slots for massage appointments and that we shouldn't worry about it. The next day, we went to book the massages and got told that there were no free slots for the whole weekend as a large group had booked everything. No alternative were suggested to us and we had to find another solution in another locatin to try to enjoy our spa weekend. The room was not at the lever of a 4-star, not so many equipments, seemed old and the carpet nor clean. Morevoer, the personal forgot to charge us for the dinner when checking out so kept on calling me and asking for my bank details. The experience was very poor, I guess it is what ou get for the price but I am not sure we could call it a 4-star hotel. The personal also barely speaks English which makes it difficult when struggling with the room, the spa, the check-in or check-out. I don't want to blame the personal, they did what they could but we still couldn't enjoy our holidays, Very disappointing and we were never accomodated for all the issues we encountered.

Wir hatten ein 50 Quadratmeter Apartment ,daß sehr geräumig,modern eingerichtet und top sauber war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend , das Personal freundlich und fast alle deutsch sprechend. Hotelparkplätze sind nicht immer ausreichend und kostenpflichtig. Das Hotel ist am Rande der Stadt ruhig gelegen und es sind genau 10 min. bis zum Strand. Wer nicht Halbpension will, der kann gut und preiswert in der Bar des Hotels essen.

Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und trotz angrenzender Baustelle sehr ruhig. Die Parkplatzsituation war nicht optimal. Für einen bewachten Parkplatz müsste man zahlen, es waren aber nicht genug Plätze vorhanden. Was mich beim aus checken sehr geärgert hat war, dass zum bei Expedia gebuchten Preis 30% aufgeschlagen wurde und uns trotz Nachfrage nicht erklärt werden konnte, woraus sich dieses begründet. Die Kreditkarte wurde bereits belastet, obwohl wir bei der Buchung : Zahlung beim checkout gewählt hatten. Das erscheint mir immer noch sehr undurchsichtig.

Schönes Hotel

Schönes neues Hotel. Super tolle Apartmentzimmer mit sehr viel Platz. Das Durchgangszimmer mit Schiebetüren und einem großen Bett. Das gesamten Apartment könnte abgedunkelt werden sodass man himmlisch schlafen konnte. Der Strand war nicht so überfüllt wie direkt am Strand im Kolberg. Alles war super erreichbar. Schön war auch die Lage nicht direkt im Trubel. Klasse Hotel.

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt, waren allerdings etwas genervt durch den morgendlich um 7.30 Uhr beginnenden Baulärm und der Tag und Nacht laufenden Pumpe auf der angrenzenden Baustelle.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Fahrrad Wege sind gut ausgebaut. Das einzige was uns gestört hat das gleich neben an eine Baustelle ist. Die Pumpe der Grundwasser Senkung lief den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht. Aber wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder hin Fahren ist die Baustelle fertig.

Zdecydowanie polecam!

Pokoje duże i przestronne - świetne połączenie (sypialnia + pokój dzienny), świetne balkony / tarasy, bardzo dobre rozwiązanie z czajnikiem, minilodówką oraz zlewem w części kuchennej (którą można zamknąć :). Bar pierwsza klasa, bardzo długie czekanie na dania z karty (rosół dla dziecka) i Pan najwyraźniej mający zbyt dużo pracy (ale święta były.... ) - mógłby być milszy.... Basen wystarczający. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów (a ścieżki rowerowe obok hotelu rewelacyjne). Śniadania - duży wybór, ale słabo doprawione te jajka czy serek biały (i tak pyszny!), ale za to zdrowo :) - brakowało mi jeszcze ciemnego chleba. Zupa żurek dla mnie za tłusta, ale innym smakował. Pyszne sadzone jajka. Generalnie cała rodzinka (zajmowaliśmy kilka pokojów) bardzo zadowolona! Nawet mogę powiedzieć, że to najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy w Kołobrzegu (a byliśmy w 8 różnych: w Arce, w Marine, w Divie, Sandhotel itd.)

schöne Lage , fast am Meer, Super Küche absolut leckeres Essen , Frühstücksangebot auch sehr gut. Sauna und Schwimmbad in gutem Zustand. Leider gibt es insgesamt nur 4 Liegen für Bad + Sauna welche direkt am Schwimmbecken stehen- also absolut keine Ruhe. Leider darf die Sauna auch nur mit Bekleidung genutzt werden- nicht sehr hygienisch. Die Wellnessangebote waren sehr gut und sind zu empfehlen

Unser Kurzurlaub war nicht ganz so toll

Wir wurden freundlichen begrüsst. Das Zimmer war auch zeitig fertig. Leider war aber nicht alles wie beschrieben. Es wurde zB. als Strandhotel ausgewiesen. War zwar nicht weit aber 600 m Entfernung sind für mich kein Strandhotel. Die Kochnische war auch nicht da. Es war ein Abwaschbecken ein kleiner Kühlschrank ,Wasserkocher ,2 Tassen usw. Nicht mal ein Geschirrtuch war vorhanden . Die Terasse war zwar gross aber kein Stuhl vorhanden. Der Spa- Bereich war ab 18.00 Uhr zu. Die Umgebung ist sehr trostlos. Zur nächsten Gaststätte haben wir 45 min gebraucht. Fahrräder konnte man nicht ausleihen, wurden gestohlen. Es war ansonsten alles sehr sauber aber auch sehr spatanisch eingerichtet. Die Massagen kann ich leider auch nicht empfehlen, da dort keiner deutsch spricht und ich nicht klären konnte, das ich nicht die Massage bekommen habe, die ich eigentlich bestellt hatte.

unbedingt empfehlenswert

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber wir hatten ja ein Auto. In wenigen Minuten ist die Strandpromenade erreicht. Und die ist mindestens einen Besuch wert. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln: Personal sehr freundlich, Service und Frühstück ebenfalls bestens. Das Allerbeste sind aber die Zimmer: Riesengroß und zudem aufgeteilt, und auch noch mit Balkon sowie allem nötigen Komfort.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und schnell Das Appartement war schön groß und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmereinrichtung war gut und zweckmäßig. Der Balkon war schön groß, aber leider ohne jegliche Möblierung! Bei dem schönen Wdie Freizügigkeitetter des letzten WE war das schlecht, denn wir wollten den Balkon nutzen. Wir haben daher die 2 einzigen Polsterstühle des Appartements nach draußen gestellt und dazu einen Nachtschrank als Tisch.
