"The main issue is the cleaning . They never cleaned the floor , or the coffee and water cups and glasses . They only organized the bed … not cleaning at all . This is really unfortunate since the staff is very nice and pleasant, but after 2 nights it wasn’t nice to be in the room … In our kids room ..."

"Not worth staying here - much better options around Zakopane. Rude staff No coffee machine supplied in room (despite having Nespresso coffee pods) which were in the room.
