"We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. "

"We took the Family residence suit, was very spacious, clean, super view, with a private access to the beach. Paid premium price, But was it worth it for that price, Not really. We had half board, food was good. The property is old, the doors hasn't got key less entry. Overall i would give a 7 out of 10."

"The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. My dad has Dementia and the staff made sure both he and my mum were well looked after and attended to. The beach and pool were both clean and not crowded. The food was good - particularly the local Sri Lankan dishes. And the drinks were good."

""Sea view" heisst hier direkt am unverbauten Strand sein Zimmer zu bekommen (mit aufmerksamer Bewachung) - wunderbar. Der Pool ist sehr gross und für Streckenschwimmen geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Der Manager ist überall sichtbar und führt sein Resort ausgezeichnet. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. Issue is our AC in the room broke down during the night and It didn’t come til next day 10am and it was 34 Celsius or 94 Fahrenheit . "
