Stayed here around 20 times and they would not give a complimentary late check out of one hour. Was disappointed with that. There are no loyalty or member programs offered. "We only stayed one night at the Nhow hotel as we were taking a cruise the next day. This is a very clean modern hotel. We had a room that overlooked the harbour. Beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have liked to stay longer at this hotel and further explore beautiful Rotterdam."
