"設備が古く所々で問題ありそうですが、(当日は食堂の天井から水漏れしてました)そこはまぁ良いかなとスタッフの方は外国の方が多いですが、皆さん、丁寧で良かったと思います楽しみにしていた貸切風呂は入れなかったので、そこは残念でした 15:00から貸切風呂の受付が始まるようですが、15:15頃にチェックインした時には満員でしたどうやら前日から宿泊されていた方々が枠を全て埋めたようでした"

"My family enjoyed our stay in the large, comfortable, extremely tidy and well fit-out property. Although on our arrival it was hard to walk to (with suitcases) from Tobu-Nikko, and very few buses. Access was much easier when we hired a car. Close to small convenience store and short drive to grocery store. Best was the artificial hot spring bath. Thank you for hosting this lovely property."

Sujawa, in particular, greeted us with warmth and made sure we were immediately comfortable after coming into the hotel on a very hot day. She also explained the local bus service and allowed us to check in earlier than anticipated, which made our day in Nikko so much easier and more enjoyable. The room was perfect and very clean, and the coffee machine in the main kitchen area was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

The traditional japanese room with private onsen bath was the perfect complement to arriving from Tokyo and restorative after a day of rafting and canyooning (shout out to NOAC). The half board option was a great addition. Breakfast and dinner menus were exciting, sophisticated and simoky delicious. The staff are attentive to detail, accomodating and very polite. Thanks for the wonderful stay."

"We really enjoyed staying here, the onsen was so relaxing and beautiful. Some of the staff were very nice and sweet, others were kind of rude. Its also very quiet and safe around the hotel so we liked that. It was hard to find a restaurant within 20 minutes walking that was open for dinner, but we met a sweet auntie who told us where to find good food. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kinugawa"
