Only minor issue and delay in the check-in process once we were in the room as it was not able to confirm our identity and it was calling without any answer but it did work out in the end."

"Unfortunately this property did not meet expectations and was grossly overpriced. The Japanese style room was very dated but a nice size. Good AC. The food was great and there were a lot of options. The property needed to be cleaned and updated. The area outside of the property is shocking. It is filled with abandoned buildings that are various states of disrepair. It felt unsafe. Transportation wasn’t great. I booked the bus- which is said to be an amenity- only to learn we had to pay getting off. Good thing I had cash. People were nice but I’d never go back."

"見た目より中は思ったほど古い感じはなく、部屋からの景色も癒されました。少し部屋の風呂が下水臭かったのと蛇口の赤い方が温水になるのにとても時間がかかったのが残念です。宿が大きいからでしょうが、朝食・夕食ともに二部制だったのですが、30分単位で入れをずらすなどで混雑緩和してくれるとうれしいです。またぜひゆっくりしに行きたいです。"
