"This property had the worst mattresses I have ever tried to sleep on. We had 2 double queen rooms, all 4 mattresses had springs that could be felt and the mattresses were very hard. The pillows were nothing but torn up foam. This property is very dated, moldings coming off from around the mirrors, dirt in the corners of the bathroom and a lot of rust on all the faucets. The air-conditioning in the lobby and hallways was broken and had been for sometime according to the employees. The rooms were wet due to all the humidity from the halls and lobby. The pool was so cold you couldn't stay in because the pumps were not working. The hot tub felt like old dish water and smelled like a dirty fish tank. We will not be back and would not have stayed if we had any other choice. Do not recommend!"
"We felt our 2 overnite stays were very accommodating. The beautiful blue/green newly redecorated hotel felt brand new. The beds and linens were immaculate and super comfy. The self serve breakfast was managed efficiently such that items did not run out and I felt we had so many choices, hot and cold. My ONLY discomfort was the florescent thermostat that shined toward our beds. We tried covering it with a washcloth, a baseball hat, a piece of paper-and nothing could dim it. I wished for a button to turn light off/ as some models have."
"The bedding seemed clean. The shower looked like it was washed down with a rag covered in short black hair. The toilet wobbled. The breakfast they serve was for 1 out of 2 of our mornings and it was frozen breakfast food piled up in a to go box. There was a microwave to heat it up. No stir sticks/straws for the coffee. Given the lack of hot breakfast service and the unclean bathroom the price per night could be less."
"This was the worst place we have ever stayed in! The place smelled very musty. One light switch diod not work. The vanity light switch worked every third try. The tub did not drain. The pop up drain was missing from the bathroom sink. The beds creaked loudly and were well worn. The towels were stained. Breakfast was horrible. Do noit stay here! "
