Very good experience.

The location is convenient. I can find nearly everything I need within 5 minute walk around the hotel. My room is in 28th floor, with mostly city view and some sea view. People working in the hotel are all polite and friendly. Overall it is a very good experience.

一早已訂了一張雙人床的房間，去到話得2張單人床房，如是這樣就直接退房不打算入住。 之後又話有，但服務員的態度很差，說是升級才有，態度好像是我拎著數這樣，但一開始我就是訂雙人床房！ 入到房間，如來所謂的雙人床是倆張單人床拼在一起，睡得不適舒適！

The positive interactions with them made my stay in this hotel truly stands out from all other hotels I have stayed. I will definitely return to this hotel and stay on the 17/F again :)

I order two rooms this time, but the front desk officer said that because I didn’t request to have the rooms in the same floor, they didn’t prepare my two rooms on the same floor…. So disappointed… I ordered two rooms and I expected staying in the same floor is a normal issue and no need to raise the request… The room is full of smoking smell… even though it mentioned as non-smoking hotel… but I don’t know where the smoking smell came from… and I requested to change the room, but front deck officer said the hotel is full and not able to change another room to me, so I have to stay in this bad condition room one night.
