The entire hotel was a five star experience. From check in kindness to a wonderful room that overlooked the square and made to order breakfasts with meats, cheeses, juices and coffees. We could not have asked for more. The room was absolutely clean and the staff took care of it everyday. Thank you so much!

We've been traveling through Europe for the last two weeks, and we Spent 3 incredible nights at Hotel Wentzl in Krakow. This was by far our favorite hotel to date. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony overlooking the square, and the air conditioner worked excellently (a huge factor during a heat wave!). I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It is in a perfect location. Also, its attached restraurant was fabulous as well!

Fabulous views and great service.

Incredible views from our window overlooking the old town square and church tower. The staff were friendly and helped us several times, including providing a breakfast when we left before breakfast hours. The breakfast was nice with cooked options. Room (35) was comfortable and quiet when windows were closed. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating available. Easy to walk to main sights from hotel.

Nice place, worth staying

Lovely hotel, close to everything. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. They also make you a takeaway breakfast if you are heading out early on a tour.

Would love to stay longer

The view out onto the square made our trip. Also it smells lovely in the lobby, the free bikes to tour the city were great fun, and the restaurant patio was perfect for a large group.

Hotel Wentzl is in my opinion absolutely the best hotel in Krakow's old town. The view from rooms is spectacular. The atmosphere as well as highly qualify and service-minded staff will make your stay unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel on the main square. The service at reception was without fault, helping to book tours and transfers. So polite and friendly. The rooms were amazing, with marble bathrooms and were spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend!
