We waited 15 min in the lobby before anybody came to check us in. Room seemed clean enough. Window and door locks seemed sketchy but worked. A lot of activity from other guests late at night. Front desk customer specialists / staffs were friendly and Welcomed us with warm smile. Laundry lady was very kind and voluntarily washed some special cloths for my daughter. Property is well renovated and located in ideal location, near to safeway and City market.
