Having been transferred onto 3 different rooms after check in was a bit harrowing. We had to report 3 times, before it repaired, even tried to complain to the manager, still waiting to hear from him. The service did not have any street maps to give out, we asked the security guard how to get to Chinatown, he tpd to wait for a minute, never saw him again!!! They are using the Hilton name, but not giving the service you would expect from the Hilton brand
