I have used this hotel for business travel over the last 20 years. It has fantastic staff but let down by cheap cost cutting by the hotel. Cocktail hour in the 20th Lounge has been cut by half an hour, (why when I am paying extra for the privilege of using the lounge?), and breakfast is not longer available in the lounge. Breakfast in the restaurant is second rate at best and there are long queues, which is a change from the past. Room prices have substantially increased since before Covid, which makes this hotel a "maybe" for my next trip.
