"このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。 はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。 部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。 何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！"

"Good location, 4 minutes walk to the Leh market. At check out they told me that they couldn't accept credit cards. Since I didn't have enough cash, they gave me their phone number and told me to pay using an application when I get home. Wow, how trustful!!! "The location of the property is great, a short walk up the road to the main market area and old town, but the room was cold and damp and smelled very damp. The room was never cleaned during the entire week stay and there was no heating in the room. The was not enough toilet paper or towels. The room was also not clean on arrival and stayed that way as they never cleaned the room at all. Also many of the power sockets and light switches didn’t work. "
