Tried to request a credit from expedia and hotel, got upgraded (which was not an upgrade as window leaked), tot upgraded a 2nd time (again not an upgrade as shower didnt drain, hallway flooded, furtherest location from upgrades)

The Bene Hotel
They treat white people better than asian/locals,white peoples get to sit,get the hot towels and a cup of drink,while us only got to sit while checking in. I don’t understand the mindset that they got,and also we waited until 3.38pm to get our sons room to be ready,they not even tried to call or ...

Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali by IHG
Clean room and staff are professionals. The road to the hotel, however, got flooded due to heavy rains for three days and access has been restricted. However, staff was quick to relocate all guests to another IHG operated hotel. Very thoughtful action by staff.
