"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Valencia. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Everyone was so polite and kind.
The hotel was very clean and our room was a good size. On our last morning, the staff even offered us complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The only slight downside was that the room had a bit of an unusual smell, which we think may have been coming from the air conditioning. It wasn’t a cleanliness issue at all, as the room itself was spotless. We also would have liked a little more natural light, as the only windows were in the bathroom.
As the hotel is very new, there were still some renovation works taking place in the lobby, but this didn’t affect our stay.
Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The wonderful staff and clean, comfortable accommodation made for a great experience and we would happily stay here again."
