"Check in was at 3pm but we got checked in at 4pm. We got told that we are a priority but thought that was something they said to everyone coming in to hotel. The sauna shower facilities didn't work. The shower in the sauna had to be held in to use it and there was another shower which we didn't know the use of. The gym wasn't great as machines didn't work. "Our room was most comfortable with separate bedroom and living area, including mini-kitchen. Check-in is at the adjacent Hyatt Regency which has a breathtaking Lobby area and spectacular views from the Roof-Top Lounge. The Hotel is nearby the Airport and

areas south of Barcelona. Area avoides congested Barcelona center with easy access to highways. "

"This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay in Barcelona. The room was tidy and spacious, the amenities provided were suitable too. We checked in at 2am and the man on reception was friendly and welcoming. It's a bit far out from the centre but my partner and I love walking so it was no problem, however if you prefer there are buses available or taxis with Bolt. The breakfast was good and the dinner options were also decent. There's a small pool under the hotel too which is was nice and relaxing."

"I arrive late after regular check in and thankfully they have a kiosk for self check in. The computer screen had error issue and they had a ph number lidted for back up manual key retrieval. The place was super clean and house keeping did their cleaning the following day as well. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean and in good condition.
