Staff was great! Locks on doors were a problem. I hated asking for help with them so many times. I needed a low price place that was quiet enough for my very rural dog. It worked okay. My dog really didn't like Denver this year, LaCrosse was perfect and better than Ellis for him.

I was skeptical of BW as a brand but this hotel was just what you want when traveling. Clean, friendly, helpful and quiet. Only negative were that we could smell what was cooking in the breakfast area - we were on the 3rd floor. That can be a bit gross at 5am.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The pool was out of order both days and the breakfast was horrible. We won’t stay there again.
