"The cleaning need to improve a lot. The corners have cumulative dust. Just very bad. Bed was was nice and clean. Staff helpfully but don't have a smile for the customer!"

"Hotel was worn down- needed repairs, elevator seems like it was going to breakdown everytime we were on it. There was never a staff person at the front desk everytime we went in and out."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated that I could grab something to eat before heading out. They had a good number of options. I only wish I could’ve extended my stay here as I ended up staying for another event the next day, but prices had gone up and I was stuck having to book with a subpar hotel elsewhere. Next time I’m in Knoxville, I’ll certainly try to stay here again!"

"Urine on toilet, stained sheets and blankets, walls. Holes in walls, room not cleaned, Bath tub had a really huge patch on the inside of it and looked really gross, so you wouldn’t be able to take a bath, They also charged us 100.00 deposit, after we arrived, said it was for if the room got destroyed. This wasn’t listed on line when booking the reservation. Over all, don’t book this nasty, Gross hotel, It’s the worst we have ever seen and stayed at, didn’t sleep was scared I was going to catch something! Doesn’t look like the picture on line. The lighting in the room is very dim so you can’t see all the nasty and grossness! Also we told them it has a spot for an iron but no iron and he just looked at us like we were crazy! We took video and pictures we told them, They should have given us a refund!This hotel shouldn’t be on Hotel.com. Also was in a very bad area, looked like druggies walking around, went to a McDonald’s right by the hotel and we were in the middle of pay the guy at the window and he just started cussing at the other employees.Very bad area in Knoxville Tennessee, will never stay in Knoxville Tennessee again. Also was to scared to eat the free breakfast after seeing and staying in a gross Hotel."

"The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."
