"The a/c heater unit in my room did not work. We drove almost 1000 miles and were too tired. Luckily the weather was not too hot or cold. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Again we were so tired that we just went to bed."

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything."
