"When I got the Hotel I couldn’t get my room because it was for 2 people when I went to the website there was for 4 people I cancel the room and get another one, the hotel don’t want to refund my money for the one I never get the service.😔 so sad!"

"Muy recomendado el hotel está ubicado en una área muy céntrica. El centro comercial está a pasos de distancia, El Bar del 5to piso tiene muy buen ambiente y lo mejor de todo fue la gente que nos atendieron extremadamente bien.. La próxima que regresemos a Santa Lucia definitivamente nos hospedaremos ..."
